					<description><![CDATA[Miroslav Fiala is Czech, as stated at http://www.pokerzive.cz/wsop-2009/cesti-hraci-na-wsop/. But, except just the presence at WSOP, there is nothing special listed about him at the CZ poker resources. 

Also the Russian one is definitely not a Putin advisor, there is, again, nothing interested about him in any of the well known Russian poker resources. Except that, in contrast to the alphabetic ordering, he is always listed at the end of any lists of Russians at WSOP, which is probably good, as noone knows anything special about him.
