I set that up and it worked great.
At first, it was a bit jarring to not see that actual suits, but I got used to it after a bit. It works pretty good with smaller table sizes.

yea just buy them at tiltbuster – they also include variants for plo / other games where cards overlap.

And you wouldn’t see a lot of the color, either. Have you tried these on a stud or draw table? Do you remember how to play those games? 🙂

At least I think it’s called like this or something similar. It’s almost the same, with spades being black, clubs green, diamonds blue and hearts red and the face cards also only have one letter on them (iirc). I’ve been using that for quite some time now and I think it’s pretty good.
