  1. Didn’t know about Sklansky’s new book; he’s an excellent guest and I will definitely get it.

    But I don’t think I like his idea that when an innocent person is in jail, the true perpetrator gets amnesty if they come forward and confess. That would set up incentives for criminals to frame people, and create a nightmare for law enforcement when widespread framing of people becomes high art!
