RIP Chip Reese

December 8, 2007

Poker legend Chip Reese, considered by many to be the best poker player ever, died this week at the age of 56. He got a page-long obituary in the New York Times and a very nice memorial video from Cardplayer magazine. I never had the (mis)fortune to play against him, which I suppose means I will never be able to declare myself unequivocally the best player ever.
