Gutshot, Flush Draw… and Bluff Outs?

I wasn’t counting on being able to do this when I called the turn, but it’s a nice bonus:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold’em, $4.00 BB (5 handed) – Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (Button) ($400)
SB ($191.70)
BB ($1242.75)
UTG ($599)
MP ($757.80)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 9, 10
1 fold, MP bets $11, Hero calls $11, SB calls $9, 1 fold

Flop: ($37) 6, 7, 5 (3 players)
SB checks, MP checks, Hero bets $12, SB calls $12, 1 fold

Turn: ($61) 4 (2 players)
SB bets $30, Hero calls $30

River: ($121) 3 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $347 (All-In), 1 fold

Total pot: $121 | Rake: $2

Results:
Hero didn’t show 9, 10 (nothing).
Outcome: Hero won $119

Note Villain’s stack size; this shove is barely more than pot.

  1. What do you think the villain would cc the flop with, lead the turn, and cf the river with?

    • Check-folding the river doesn’t really shed much light on his range other than he obviously doesn’t beat the board. Given that all of my outs were to the virtual nuts, I wasn’t thinking too much about his range. Honestly he was pretty much unknown to me and took a weird line, so I couldn’t tell you what he had. Maybe the low end of the straight that got counterfeited?
