Thinking Poker 6-Max NLHE Results and Leaderboard

Yet another Home Game Fail, as I apparently did not set the tournament up correctly to be a shootout as advertised. It’s a shame, too, because 34 players is a near-perfect size for a 6-max shootout. We ended up playing a plain old $5.50 6-Max NLHE tournament, which Birchum took down (in under 4 hours, I might add) to secure a solid lead in the overall standings:

12.92 Birchum
10.52 Keonda Freon
9.69 Bond2King
9.31 Foucault82
8.5 QandA201
8.45 Psx120

KeondaFreon, who busted me by winning two flips, didn’t cash, but he nevertheless finished highly enough to earn points, which bumped him ahead of Bond2King and myself into second place. I chose to show the top six here because it’s so close between Psx120 and QandA201.  Just a reminder that the results of last week’s freeroll are listed separately from the real money tournaments, but they still count towards the leaderboard, so what you see here differs from what shows up in the Home Game Lobby.

Next week, Sunday April 2, at 16:30 we will actually have a $5.50 6-Max NLHE Shootout. I even double-checked that I set the tournament up correctly. The fields get bigger every week, which means more leaderboard points available. Even if you haven’t played any tournaments yet, there are still five to go, and one win or two deep finishes will quickly make you competitive for the Foucault Leakfinder Video Grand Prize!

You can sign up by searching for Club ID 312467 in the PokerStars Home Game lobby and entering “foucault” as your password when prompted.

Thanks to everyone for playing, and good luck next week!
